Description
Sika ViscoCrete-20 HE is a liquid admixture for concrete and mortar used as a high-range water reducer and superplasticiser. Its modified polycarboxylate technology provides effective dispersion of solid particles, enabling high fluidity and significant water reduction while supporting high early and final strength development.

Application guidance
Sika ViscoCrete-20 HE may be added to the gauging water or added with the gauging water into the concrete mixer. For optimum performance, provide a wet mixing time of at least 60 seconds. To avoid excess water in the concrete, final water dosage should begin after approximately two-thirds of the wet mixing time. Do not add Sika ViscoCrete-20 HE directly to dry cement. The optimum dosage depends on the concrete mix design, required workability and performance. Laboratory trials should be carried out before site concreting, particularly when using a new mix design or producing new concrete components.
