Application guidance
Ensure the substrate has the required strength and that the drilled anchor hole is clean and free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles. Clean threaded rods and reinforcement thoroughly before installation. Fit the static mixer to the cartridge and dispense material until both components are extruded as one consistent colour. Do not use the initially discharged material. Inject the adhesive from the bottom of the cleaned hole while slowly withdrawing the mixer nozzle to avoid trapping air. Insert the anchor with a rotary motion within the adhesive open time. Do not move or load the anchor during the required curing period. Anchor design, hole dimensions, embedment depth and installation must follow the applicable Sika technical documentation.
Coverage
Consumption depends on anchor diameter, drilled-hole diameter and embedment depth. Refer to the applicable ancho depends on anchor diameter, drilled-hole diameter and embedment depth. Refer to the applicable anchoring design and installation requirements.
