Description
SikaGrout-212 is a one-component, ready-to-mix cementitious grout designed for applications requiring good flow, high strength and reliable filling of voids. It is suitable for general-purpose grouting, machine and base plates, reinforcing-bar dowels, precast concrete bedding joints, post fixings and filling cavities, gaps and recesses.

Application guidance
Ensure the concrete substrate is thoroughly clean and free from dust, loose material and contaminants that could reduce bond. Add the recommended quantity of clean water to a suitable mixing container, then slowly add the powder while mixing with a low-speed mixer below 500 rpm. Mix for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous and lump-free. Allow the mixed grout to stand for approximately 2–3 minutes, stir with a trowel, then pour into the prepared opening. Protect freshly applied grout from premature drying using an appropriate curing method.
Coverage
Approx. 20 kg/m² per 10 mm thickness. One 25 kg bag yields approximately 12.5 litres of mortar.
