Description
SikaCeram-80 TZ is a cement-based tile adhesive formulated with selected fillers and additives. It is mixed with water to produce an easy-to-apply adhesive mortar for laying ceramic and other high-absorption tiles on internal horizontal surfaces.

Application guidance
Ensure the substrate is sound, clean and free from dust, loose particles, oil, grease and other contaminants that may affect adhesion. Add approximately 6–7 litres of clean potable water to a 25 kg bag and mix mechanically using a slow-speed mixer below 500 rpm for at least 3 minutes until homogeneous and free from lumps. Allow the mixed adhesive to stand for at least 10 minutes, then remix briefly before application. Apply at approximately 2–5 mm thickness using an appropriate notched trowel. Spread only as much adhesive as can be tiled within the available open time. Press the tiles firmly into the fresh adhesive with a twisting action to achieve good contact and adhesion.
