Description
Sikafloor-3 QuartzTop is a pre-blended mineral dry-shake floor hardener comprising cement, specially selected quartz mineral aggregates and admixtures. When applied and trowelled into fresh concrete, it forms a smooth, wear-resistant surface suitable for industrial and commercial floors.

Application guidance
Sikafloor-3 QuartzTop is applied as a dry shake onto fresh concrete while the slab is still workable. Apply the material uniformly to the fresh concrete surface at the specified consumption rate. Allow the dry shake to absorb moisture from the concrete before working it into the surface. Level and finish the floor using suitable equipment such as a power trowel or laser screed, followed by final smoothing with a power trowel. The final performance depends on correct concrete mix design, placing, finishing, curing and application of the dry-shake hardener. Application should be carried out by experienced professionals in accordance with the current Sika Product Data Sheet.
Coverage
Approx. 4.5–6 kg/m². One 25 kg bag covers approximately 4.2–5.6 m² depending on the application rate, concrete mix and application method.
