Understanding the application.
Nia Build provides epoxy and other resin flooring systems for environments where ordinary concrete floors may not provide the required durability, hygiene or ease of maintenance. Applications include factories, warehouses, workshops, hospitals, laboratories, healthcare facilities and commercial spaces. Systems can be selected for seamless and easy-to-clean finishes, heavy foot and wheeled traffic, forklifts, machinery, abrasion, impact and chemical exposure, depending on the operating conditions of the facility.

What may be happening.
Dusting or worn concrete, surface deterioration, cracking, difficult-to-clean floors, staining, damage from forklifts or machinery, chemical exposure, poor hygiene performance and existing floor coatings that are peeling or failing.
Assessment & considerations
Understand the conditions first.
Consider substrate strength and condition, moisture, expected forklift and wheeled traffic, machinery loads, impact and abrasion, chemical exposure, hygiene and cleaning requirements, slip resistance, drainage, movement joints and the required finish. For hospitals, laboratories and other hygiene-sensitive environments, particular consideration should be given to seamless surfaces, ease of cleaning, joints and transitions, coving at wall-to-floor junctions where required, and the intended cleaning or chemical exposure.
Solution approach
Select an appropriate system.
Assess and mechanically prepare the concrete substrate, repair cracks and defects, treat joints appropriately and install the specified epoxy or resin flooring system according to the facility's operating conditions. The system may be designed for hygienic seamless finishes, heavy-duty industrial traffic, forklift movement, abrasion, chemical resistance or other project-specific performance requirements.
