Description
SikaTop Seal-107 TZ is a two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing mortar slurry consisting of a liquid polymer and a cement-based powder containing selected aggregates and special admixtures. It provides rigid waterproofing and protection against water penetration on concrete and masonry substrates.
Applications
- Interior and exterior waterproofing and damp-proofing of concrete, cementitious render, brickwork and blockwork. Suitable for basements and cellars, swimming pools, drinking-water tanks and reservoirs, as well as sealing pores, blowholes and fine non-moving cracks in concrete.
Benefits
- Easy to mix and apply, prebatched and requires no additional water. Provides very good adhesion, protects against water penetration and carbonation, is non-corrosive to steel or iron, can be overpainted and is approved for potable-water contact.
Application guidance
Prepare a sound, clean substrate free from contaminants and pre-wet it to a saturated surface-dry condition. Mix Component A and Component B mechanically for at least 3 minutes until uniform and lump-free. Apply as a slurry by stiff brush or spray, with the second coat applied crosswise after the first coat has hardened. Cure immediately after application for a minimum of 3–5 days.

Approx. 2.0 kg/m² per mm thickness, depending on substrate roughness, surface profile and applied thickness.
