Swimming pools require continuous waterproofing capable of protecting a permanently water-retaining structure. Nia Build provides systems for new and existing reinforced-concrete pools, with particular attention to cracks, penetrations, joints, corners and interfaces beneath the final pool finish.

Assess the concrete condition, cracks, construction joints, pipe penetrations, corners, movement areas, existing finishes and whether leakage originates from the structure, detailing or associated pipework. Solution approach Repair defects and cracks, carefully detail joints and penetrations, prepare the substrate and install the specified waterproofing system before the final pool finish is applied.
